RMN Junior Development Team:

 

In order to earn a spot on the 2007-2008 Devo Team, an athlete must meet the following criteria during the 2006-2007 season.

 

 

¨     All athletes not already named to the RMN Select Team who:

o       Are current RMN Members

o       Will be junior skiers again in the coming season

o       Are next 3 (after Elite Team Athletes) on the RMN Season End Points List within their age group (J2 or combined J1/OJ)     AND / OR

o       Place in the top 10 in any individual event at USSA Junior National Championships.

Athlete’s acceptance conditional upon following commitments:

-Work with club or ST coach on year round training program & log

-Attend a min. of 2 RM Nordic & ST/DT camps in off-season

-Keep Ilog current

Benefits:

-Elgible for ST camps, trips, and coaching support when space is available.
