Registration will take place in Olympian Hall, Howelsen Hill Lodge
Cross-Country races will be held at Romick Arena
Banquet and Friday awards at Olympian Hall, Howelsen Hill Lodge
Parking:
There is lots of parking at Romick Arena adjacent to the Start/Finish area.
Signage will direct you to Registration at Olympian Hall and team parking.
Waxing:
There is plenty of room to wax in the parking lot. The NCAA tent is reserved for the college teams.
Bathrooms:
Porta-Johns will be available at the Start/Finish area and at the NCAA tent. Real bathrooms at Howelsen Hill Lodge.

Entry Fees:
J2 and older $ 20.00/day
J3 and younger $ 15.00/day
Registration & Bib Pickup:
Race bibs may be picked up at Olympian Hall between 7:00am and 8:00am on Friday and Saturday mornings. Bring payment and any scratches at this time.
Banquet & Awards:
The racer banquet and awards will take place at Olympian Hall between
6:00pm and 8:00pm Friday night.
Please bring a check to registration on Friday morning to pay for dinner for each person from your team (racers and coaches).
$14.00 per person. Athletes and coaches are given first priority and remaining tickets will be sold as space allows on Friday at the cross-country races

Open training and course inspection. Howelsen Hill Ski Pass required for Thursday only. $7.50 for the day, available at Concession Stand at Howelsen Hill Lodge.
