The 24 year old club has 40-50 skiers ranging in age from 10 to 18. Athletes include everyone from beginners to 3 x J1 Scando Cup participants. BNJRT's focus is on teaching kids to become competitive racers. The team has a strong parent committee that handles most administrative functions, allowing the coaches to focus on the team members. Especially interested in candidates with good coaching and communication skills. The part-time position runs from the start of dryland training in Oct. through Jr. Nationals in March. Pay comuensurate with experience, and has ranged from $3,000 per season for assistant coaches to $20,000 (plus benefits) for Head Coach.
