The Crested Butte and Gunnison Junior Nordic Ski Team is pleased to announce the hiring of Duncan Callahan (no relation to AVSC coach John Callahan) to the position of head ski coach.  As most will remember, Duncan was with the program for two seasons (2005-2006, 2006-2007).    We are pleased to have Duncan back in this role. 

Callahan says: “I missed it, and am very positive about leading this program again. The CBGNT has a tremendous amount of growth potential, and I come back renewed and focused to not just coach the ski team, but to grow it.  I am committed to growing the sport of cross-country ski racing in the Gunnison Valley.  I am also thrilled to have the chance to work with the RMN as a whole again, and will enjoy the challenge of competing against some fantastic clubs.”
