Provide organization for all camps and athletes
-    generate camp schedule prior to Spring meeting
-    establish camps that provide opportunity for all athletes including low cost and beginner abilities
-    come up with strategies (with other coaches input) on how to best serve all participants beginner to elite – periodization   

Create, and distribute Select and Elite team uniforms
-    design, and distribution of select and elite team jackets
-    distribute on the first weekend of JOQ’s – part of awards banquet

Manage Elite and Select teams
-    supply insight and make suggestions to athletes via communication with home coach
-    update selection criteria as needed – do we need a development team as well
-    keep current rankings and distribute select and elite team lists throughout the year

Attend pertinent coach’s seminars and clinics throughout the year
-    distribute/disseminate information regarding each clinic and seminar to all junior coaches in Colorado
•    set a specific date and time for this year to year, Aspen fall camp


Salary range:  $4000.00 (salary includes travel budget for camps/clinics/seminars)
