Aspen SuperTour and JOQ short report with photos!

A great weekend in Aspen at the SuperTour / KidsFest / JOQ / Owl Creek Chase!

Nordic Skiers from across Colorado and the country pulled in to Aspen this weekend for a bit of High Level Racing...

AVSC and Ute Mountaineer teamed up to host two SuperTour events, including a 5/10 km classic race on Thursday and the 25 km Owl Creek Chase on Saturday. On Friday, the J3 and younger crew had there classic races and a KidsFest.

The weather cooperated, and some sunshine (unusual this year) on Saturday made for a great way to end the weekend.

The big news of the weekend was the 1-2 punch from Junior Skiers Noah Hoffman and Tad Elliott to WIN (yes, win!) the Owl Creek Chase in decisive fashion. They left a loaded elite field stunned and fighting for third...
