RMN Athlete Kevin Hochtl sprints to bronze in Bozeman Supertour!

Vail / Rossignol skier, brother of Coach Karl, and all-around good guy, Kevin Hochtl skied to a great 3rd place finish at the Supertour Classic Sprint held friday at Bohart Ranch in Bozeman, MT.

Kevin, who has a very strong double pole, chose to race the prelims and all the heats on skate skis. He qualified in 2nd place, and went on to win both his quarter final and his semi final.  In the final, he was chalenged on the last hill by University of Utah athletes Snorri Einarsson and Evan Sletten, both from Norway, and ended up in third.

Other RMN Athletes with good showings in Bozeman were Streamboat / Rossignol's Mark Iverson, skiing to a top 15 in the sprint and Steamboat / Untiversity of Utah skier Sarah MacCarthy skiing to a solid 9th place in a tough womens field.
